Introduction

This application is intended for forensic experts working in the field of traffic, who specialise in elaborating technical expert reports about causes of road traffic accidents. To manage working with the application it contains number of practical demonstrations accessible from the Menu 'Help - What is this?' and 'Help - Play sample'. The rate of the demonstration playback may be selected in Menu 'Help - Player speed'.

It is not necessary to buy the program anymore; it is possible to pay by means of Internet for one single project. Together with the payment a payment document that may be used as a direct expense in connection with elaborating the expert report), will be created. Charge for the Project is 40 EUR (full access) or 4 EUR (without graphic presentations, protocol - Project may be make up for the full access at any time). Please, read how to go ahead with generating the paid Project.

Work Procedure

1.) Select the 'Project - One Licence Project - New' item in the Menu.

2.) Fill in the required data.

3.) Confirm the data by the 'OK' button.

4.) Insert into the Project all vehicles and multibody systems you will work with in the simulation. Select their weight, dimensions and names; after the Project has been paid, it will not be possible to change these data.

5.) Save the project.

6.) Select the 'Project - One Licence Project - Pay' item in the Menu, this will redirect you at the bank’s webpage. Payment is being made in the protected mode of the bank. After the payment is completed do not forget to push the 'Continue' button.

7.) Payment is usually made within 10 seconds. Activate the Project by selecting the 'Project - One Licence Project - Activate' item in the Menu.

8.) Back up the Project for any future prospective problems.

Commercial terms

I. Contracting Parties

• Provider: Virtual CRASH, s.r.o.; address: SNP 56/2, 940 69, Nové Zámky, Slovakia; Registration No. (IČ): 46291814; VAT No. (IČ DPH): SK2023313908; e-mail: support@vcrash3.com.
• User: Legal or personal entity - entrepreneur, personal entity - unentrepreneur, who sends a service order through interface.

II. Subject of Contract

• The subject of Contract is purchase of the access to the application within the generated Project for the purpose of its elaboration.

III. Delivery

• Provider shall provide access to the application for the User after the payment.
• Provider does not bear any responsibility for any failures or damages caused by Internet provider or by an offence of hacker. User shall notify Provider of pertinent errors, whereas Provider shall take action necessary for their elimination.

IV. Payment

• Payment is being made by means of CardPay - payment may be made by means of VISA, EUROCARD / MASTERCARD, DINERS CLUB. The stated bank credit/debit cards issued by any bank institution may be used.

V. Payment conditions

• Charge for the access to the application within the Project without graphic presentations and protocol is 4 EUR.
• Charge for the full access to the application within the Project is 40 EUR.
• Additional payment for extension of the limited access to full access is 36 EUR.
• Provider binds himself/herself to activate the access within the paid extent.
• User binds himself/herself to pay the agreed price for the ordered service.
• Provider does not bear any responsibility for delay in delivery of the access data by fault of non-functional or wrongly entered e-mail address of the User, or for technical problems with delivery caused by Third Party.
• Settled payments are non-returnable, it means that forasmuch as the User has made the Order at the Provider this Order is definite.

VI. Complaints and provided information

• Complaints shall be settled by means of e-mail at support@vcrash3.com.
• User declares that all information provided in the Order is truthful and bears full responsibility for all damages caused by their inaccuracy or by not being up-to-dated.
• Information provided by User will be used solely for the needs of providing the ordered services and will not be further provided to third party nor otherwise used commercially.
• User gives his/her consent in accordance with § 4 par. Article 3 d) of Act c. 122/2013 Z. z. on the Protection of Personal Data with processing of Personal Data by Provider.
